Bulgogi Pizza
Bulgogi Pizza
Bulgogi Pizza is a delicious example of Korean fusion cuisine, blending the bold, sweet-savory flavors of traditional Korean barbecue (bulgogi) with the comforting appeal of Western-style pizza. "Bulgogi" translates to "fire meat" in Korean, and it typically features thinly sliced beef marinated in a mix of soy sauce, garlic, sugar, sesame oil, and other spices. Featured in many innovative Korean food recipes, this flavorful meat is paired with gooey mozzarella cheese, tangy pizza sauce, and an array of vegetables. The result is a mouthwatering dish that reflects Korea's creativity in adapting global food trends to local tastes.
